Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Junior Controller Analyst for the Bourbon Fortaleza Hotel. This professional will be responsible for assisting in consolidating unit results, monitoring control reports for management, the board of directors, and the presidency; identifying discrepancies in financial and economic information to support decision-making and continuously improve performance according to standards previously established by the board of directors, in accordance with policies set forth by Bourbon Hospitalidade. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Issue and verify whether revenues recorded in the RDS match the Summary of Debits and Credits; * Request units to reconcile discrepancies between RDS and the Summary of Debits and Credits; * Input occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue data (RDS) into the "Gross Revenue" report and deliver it to the Board of Directors and the Presidency; * Assist in analyzing, consolidating, and comparing weekly data regarding Gross Revenue and Net Operating Profit forecasts for hotel units to compile the "Management Roundtable" report delivered to Management, the Board of Directors, and the Presidency; * Forward to Finance the spreadsheet containing Brand Usage Fees, Management Fees, Incentive Fees, and Condominium Administration Fees so that invoices and receipts can be issued for each unit; * Issue and verify various reports to compile the President's reporting folder (Trial Balances and Complementary Reports); * Prepare PowerPoint presentations to meet demands from the Board of Directors and monthly meetings with the Presidency; * Assist in analyzing and tabulating data related to Food and Beverage Input Costs across the network (CMV Analysis) and deliver them to the Operations Manager (ON) and Operations Manager (OG), as well as to the HR Manager (OG); * Conduct and submit the Closing Control and HCA Account Control to Corporate Controller Management; * Submit information—including Gross Revenue, Net Profit, RevPAR, Compensation and Labor Termination Reports, and Payroll Expense—to the HR Operations Manager; * Register users, cost centers, accounting accounts, and units in the Chart of Accounts; Send instructions and deadlines for Managerial Accounting Closing to units, along with parameterization and distribution of spreadsheets to Executive Service Providers across the network (based on current data). * REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
