IT INTERNSHIP - SUPPORT
Job Description: The intern will be responsible for learning how to use the company's internal systems, communicating with technical support, attending meetings and training sessions, and subsequently disseminating this knowledge to other employees. The intern will also provide support and perform maintenance on the systems used by the company, contributing to the smooth operation of business activities. Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in one of the following programs: Information Systems; Systems Analysis and Development; Computer Science; Computer Engineering; Software Engineering; Computer Networks; Information Technology Management; Information Technology. Desired Technical Skills: Basic IT knowledge; computerized systems; user support; Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems; system maintenance; fundamental networking concepts. Desired Behavioral Skills: The company seeks an Information Technology intern who is curious, proactive, and communicative, with a strong interest in learning and developing within the field. The candidate should demonstrate organizational skills; teamwork; responsibility; initiative; and good interpersonal relationships. Workload: 20 hours per week: 4 hours per day. Internship Schedule: Morning shift from 08:00 to 12:00 or afternoon shift from 13:00 to 17:00. Schedule may be adjusted according to the intern’s needs. Stipend: R$ 800.00 + transportation allowance (VT) On-site internship

Come take a look! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Blood pressure measurement—hypertension; * Blood glucose measurement—diabetes; * Cholesterol measurement; * Administration of injectables; * Medication review; * Self-care support; * Immunization services; * Smoking cessation follow-up; * Weight loss follow-up; * Use of company administrative/financial tools such as ERP and SNGPC; * Training store operators on the company’s service standards and pharmaceutical technical guidance; * Management of pharmacy-related regulatory technical procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy; * Experience in customer service within retail stores; * Knowledge of analysis and interpretation of service and sales performance metrics and indicators; * Proficiency in customer service and sales techniques.
