The **Technical Department** plays a strategic role in performing laboratory analyses, ensuring result reliability, compliance with regulatory standards, and service excellence delivered to our clients and patients. ? **We currently have 1 (one) open position for CLINICAL ANALYST.** If you are a healthcare professional with technical responsibility, critical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety in laboratory testing, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Biomedicine, Biology, Pharmacy, or Biochemistry**; * Specialization in **Clinical Analyses**; * Prior experience in the laboratory field; * Solid knowledge of laboratory techniques, quality control, and analytical processes; * Familiarity with laboratory management systems; * Ability to critically analyze and interpret results; * Organization, attention to detail, and ethical conduct; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform clinical analyses on biological samples (blood, urine, feces, secretions, and other materials), following validated methodologies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current technical standards; * Prepare, identify, process, and store samples, ensuring traceability, integrity, and safety throughout all stages of the analytical process; * Critically analyze, record, validate, and release test results, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and technical compliance; * Identify, record, and communicate critical results in accordance with institutional protocols and applicable legislation; * Adhere to and uphold Good Laboratory Practices and biosafety standards, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE), properly disposing of waste, and maintaining workplace organization and safety; * Comply with current legislation, ANVISA regulations, requirements set by professional councils, and internal institutional policies; * Collaborate integrally with the technical and multidisciplinary team to enhance process quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
