The Technical Unit of Lab Análise plays a fundamental role in performing precise analyses, guaranteeing test quality and result reliability. Requirements * Technical-level education in clinical analyses or related field; * Knowledge of specimen collection techniques; * Knowledge of good laboratory practices and biosafety; * Knowledge of computer literacy and laboratory management systems; * Ability to work in teams and follow established protocols and procedures; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ethical and responsible attitude at work; * Ability to handle emergency situations and make quick decisions. Main Responsibilities: * **Biological specimen collection:** Collect blood and other biological specimens from patients, adhering to technical protocols and appropriate collection and aseptic procedures. * **Sample identification and dispatch:** Accurately identify, prepare, package, and dispatch samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring integrity and traceability of collected materials. * **Biosafety and sector organization:** Strictly comply with biosafety standards, using appropriate PPE and maintaining an organized and safe workplace. * **Patient care:** Provide humane patient care, guiding patients on exam preparation and clarifying questions related to collection procedures. * **Support for laboratory routines:** Assist in sample triage, sample transportation, and other operational laboratory routines, contributing to workflow efficiency.
