Job Summary: Professional responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling cement mills and mining processes, providing technical leadership and optimizing production. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we encourage women, people with disabilities, Black individuals, and people of all sexual orientations to apply for our positions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate, monitor, and control, via centralized panels, the operation of cement mills and mining processes/production, ensuring compliance with defined production and quality parameters; * Start up, maintain, and adjust the operation of cement mills and primary crushers, monitoring process and quality variables; * Prepare operational reports and trend charts, analyzing historical data and supporting decision-making; * Provide technical leadership to area operators and interact with maintenance teams (mechanical and electrical), directing preventive and corrective actions; * Record and analyze equipment failures, complete downtime spreadsheets and production reports; * Report anomalies to the immediate supervisor and propose improvements to optimize processes; * Monitor and ensure the supply of raw material hoppers and silos, as well as cement grinding operations; * Collect and verify operator checklists, ensuring adherence to operational routines; * Request or perform electrical lockouts for equipment cleaning and maintenance, in accordance with safety procedures; * Assume operational leadership during pre\-defined shifts, ensuring continuity of operations and making medium-complexity decisions under management supervision; * Participate in daily safety meetings and dialogues, promoting alignment and a prevention-oriented culture; * Ensure personal and collective safety by complying with regulations and using appropriate PPE. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Technical degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; * A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering—or related disciplines—is a plus; * Prior experience in cement plants is desirable. **Additional Information** * Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan for you and your legal dependents; * Dental Plan (voluntary enrollment), also extendable to your dependents; * Meal allowance of R$ 589.95 per month to support your daily routine; * On-site cafeteria offering high-quality meals for your convenience and health; * Group Life Insurance, providing greater peace of mind for you and your family; * Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR): Your performance and dedication recognized through clear, shared goals; * Private Pension Plan to help you build a more secure future; * Wellhub: Easy access to gyms and physical and mental wellness resources; * Auster – Personal Support Program offering psychological counseling and emotional support; * Pharmacy partnerships and educational institution agreements for you and your family; * SESI partnership, expanding access to health and wellness services; * Payroll-deductible loans with favorable terms for your needs; * Innovative, human-centered workplace with a strong ESG commitment—valuing diversity, social responsibility, and sustainability At Cimento Apodi, we believe no one builds anything great alone.
