Join us in living the new! **NOTICE: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, medical exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking a Project Implementation Analyst II for Engineering to execute the structuring, standardization, and implementation of integrated planning and control methodologies across the company’s project portfolio, operating in a matrix-based capacity alongside project development and implementation teams. **Role Mission** The purpose of this position is to plan, monitor, and analyze the physical and financial performance of projects, ensuring schedule predictability, adherence to contractual deadlines, and decision-making support through integrated schedules, KPIs, and critical risk and variance analyses. Planning is integrated across the company, and economic management and scheduling responsibilities are shared among departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and cross-departmental collaboration. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure compliance with corporate project planning and control methodology and standards, and operate in a matrix-based capacity with corporate teams to guarantee alignment and consistency in processes; * Implement and manage planning and control methodologies (e.g., Last Planner System, Power BI, BIM); * Develop, review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules; * Structure planning across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization phases; * Integrate physical and financial planning; * Support definition of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure); * Monitor physical progress of field activities and interfaces with subcontractors’ planning and control teams; * Perform physical progress measurements and S-curve analysis (actual vs. planned progress); * Identify schedule variances, critical paths, and risks to the schedule; * Propose recovery plans collaboratively with subcontractors; * Prepare periodic management reports and support project-specific and matrix-based progress meetings; * Contribute to schedule risk and critical interface analyses; * Manage the project RDO (Risk, Deviation, and Opportunity register), serving as liaison between departments and communication channel with subcontractors; * Systemic perspective and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience in infrastructure project planning and control; * Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent); * Knowledge of project management methodologies; * Preferred experience in Transmission Line and/or Substation projects; familiarity with regulated environments (electric power sector); * **Willingness to work in Morada Nova \- CE** **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us forward.
