The **Ável Group** is looking for a **Web Fullstack Developer** to develop and maintain our **internal system**, a strategic platform used daily across the entire company. The system includes features such as goal tracking and rankings, internal KPIs, and solutions powered by **advanced technologies and integrated AI**. The company is undergoing rapid expansion, with continuous demand for new tools and enhancements. This position will play a fundamental role in that growth and also contribute to raising the technical level of the team. **About the Position:** **Main Challenges:** * Develop and maintain the front-end using **ReactJS**; * Develop, integrate, and maintain **NodeJS APIs**; * Implement interfaces from prototypes created in **Figma (Desktop First)**; * Work on the development of the internal system (intranet), essential for the company’s daily operations; * Actively participate in *code reviews* and version control using **Git**; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment; * Support the creation of new features and tools amid the company’s accelerated expansion. ✅ **Essential Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields; * Proficiency in **ReactJS, NodeJS, MySQL, and Git**; * Strong teamwork skills; * Collaborative mindset, with a sense of responsibility and commitment to continuous learning. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with **Styled Components**; * Knowledge of **Socket.io**; * Familiarity with caching tools (**React Query, Redis**); * Global state management (**Zustand, Context API**); * Experience with **automated testing**; * Familiarity with **Figma**. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: **CLT**; * Work model: **On-site**; * Transportation Benefit (up to 4 rides/day); * Meal Voucher (Flash Card); * Life Insurance; * TotalPass; * Birthday Day Off;
