**About the Company**
An animal nutrition industry manufacturer located in **Cerqueira César/SP**, operating with lean processes and high productivity. The facility employs approximately **20 staff members** and has a weekly production capacity of approximately **5,000 to 6,000 tons of animal feed**.
The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, emphasizing operational efficiency, workplace safety, proper equipment maintenance, and uninterrupted production activities.
**Main Responsibilities**
The professional will be responsible for performing electromechanical maintenance on factory equipment to ensure proper operation of the production line. Key duties include:
* Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment used in feed production, such as mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and other mechanical and electrical systems;
* Identifying electromechanical failures, analyzing root causes, and carrying out necessary repairs;
* Monitoring equipment performance and taking proactive measures to prevent unexpected production stoppages;
* Performing adjustments, component replacements, lubrication, and calibrations according to operational requirements;
* Recording and tracking performed maintenance activities using spreadsheets and internal control systems;
* Responding to emergency maintenance incidents as required;
* Maintaining an organized maintenance department, including tools and work equipment;
* Strictly adhering to safety regulations, internal procedures, and industrial best practices.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in **electromechanical maintenance**;
* Prior experience in an industrial setting, preferably in an **animal feed mill** or similar industry;
* Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance, including mills, elevators, electric motors, conveyor belts, and mechanical and electrical systems;
* Availability to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular working hours;
* A technical degree in **Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering**, or related fields is considered a plus.
**Compensation**
* Salary negotiable based on candidate's experience;
* **30% hazard allowance**.
