Lead/Participate in DDS meetings; * Participate and question the Safety Trigger daily; * Deliver PPEs and collective protection equipment, collecting damaged items daily; * Purchase PPEs and collective protection equipment according to client requirements; * Develop methods to control general PPE consumption; * Manage training, ASO, and onboarding tracking spreadsheets; * Organize safety documents in each employee's folder (certificates, attendance lists, evaluations, etc.); * Conduct mandatory HSE training and refresher courses; * Develop/Lead HSE campaigns; * Prepare/review team JSA; * Manage HSE actions in Intelex and Fluig (record risk eliminations and SMS actions); * Perform monthly tool inspections according to the month's checklist; * Monitor workfront authorizations, ensuring all safety procedures are followed and proposing improvements; * Develop innovations; * Promote safety initiatives on digital platforms. * Ensure compliance with PDS and client-specific SMS regulations; * Other related duties as defined by contract management or SMS supervisor.
