




Description: About the position:* The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational, administrative, and strategic alignment across the units under their management, guaranteeing excellence in food service delivery, compliance with quality standards, and process efficiency. Main responsibilities:* Supervise regional units, guiding facility managers and ensuring adherence to operational standards; * Monitor production, quality, food safety, costs, and operational KPIs; * Control inventory, consumption, equipment, and request maintenance or replacements when necessary; * Supervise administrative and personnel documentation of the units; * Conduct meetings, audits, supervision reports, and monitor improvement plans; * Monitor KPIs; * Coordinate unit performance, standardize processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures. Mandatory requirements:* Degree in Nutrition; * Experience in industrial kitchens/corporate restaurants; * Strong communication skills and verbal fluency; Commitment and Responsibility; * Negotiation skills.
