RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for preventing theft, avoiding product damage, safeguarding assets, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Activities include monitoring high-risk areas, tracking merchandise movement, controlling product entry and exit, conducting audits, and supporting the team in identifying irregularities, thereby minimizing losses and promoting a safe environment. Understanding of monitoring techniques and tools, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems; Prevention policies and procedures: Familiarity with internal policies, inventory control, audits, and merchandise entry and exit processes; Ability to identify loss patterns and deviations in reports or systems; Capacity to intervene safely and professionally in cases of suspicion or flagrant incidents. Basic logistics knowledge: Understanding of merchandise flow, storage, and handling to identify potential causes of losses.
