We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst/Controller to work strategically and analytically, supporting the company’s financial, accounting, and cost management. The professional will play a key role in results control, financial data analysis, and continuous process improvement, directly contributing to decision-making and business sustainability. **Key Responsibilities include**: * Working within the controller’s office, focusing on results analysis, financial indicators, and support for strategic decision-making; * Conducting analyses and controls of industrial costs, margins, expenses, and profitability; * Monitoring and controlling inventory, performing turnover, loss, discrepancy, and financial impact analyses; * Supporting and monitoring accounting and tax routines, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation; * Participating in the accounting closing process, including support for ECD and ECF closing; * Developing, analyzing, and monitoring management reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and Power BI; * Reviewing and improving financial, accounting, and controller-related processes to enhance efficiency, standardization, and risk reduction; * Supporting compliance, internal controls, and audit activities; * Interacting with internal departments, external accounting firms, and other financial stakeholders. **Requirements**: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Solid experience in finance/controller roles, preferably in the food industry or large-scale operations; * Strong analytical and strategic profile, with systemic business vision; * Intermediate Excel skills (analyses, controls, spreadsheets, and reporting); * Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and analysis; * Experience in cost management, inventory, controller functions, financial, accounting, and tax processes; * Familiarity with TOTVS system is desirable; * Experience with ECD and ECF closing is desirable. **Compensation**: * Fixed salary. **Benefits**: * Cost-of-living allowance of R$ 500.00 or chartered transportation for residents of Cerqueira César; * Benefits allowance of approximately R$ 300.00; * Attendance bonus of R$ 208.00; * On-site meals; * Annual profit-sharing (PLR); * Structured career development plan. **Working Hours**: * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
