Roles and Responsibilities: 1\. Conduct daily monitoring of collections and deliveries, focusing on critical operations, deadlines, and SLA compliance. 2\. Ensure correct registration and updating of schedules, vouchers/passwords, scheduled dates, statuses, and deviations. 3\. Handle incidents by fully recording them in the system, notifying involved departments, and flagging risks. 4\. Directly contact carriers, branches, and customers for follow-ups, validations, and operational adjustments. 5\. Monitor the collection schedule, updating deadlines and flagging delays or cancellations. 6\. Ensure carriers are aware of scheduled appointments, delivery deadlines, and required logistical conditions. 7\. Support the team in administrative and operational routines, as needed per functional area (collections, scheduling, tracking, or incident management). 8\.
