With a highly committed and dedicated team, we always strive to exceed our customers' expectations, ensuring excellent service. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via phone, e\-mail, and other channels, providing information about accommodation, rates, and room availability. * Prepare quotes for group and individual reservations according to customer needs. * Finalize reservations and contracts. * Monitor reservations, ensuring correct entry of information into the system. * Maintain contact with customers to confirm reservations and offer additional support. * Assist in selling additional hotel services such as promotional packages, transfers, and others. * Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure an exceptional guest experience from the first contact through check\-out. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night). * Good oral and written communication skills. **Compensation:** * Starting salary of R$2\.107,00\. * Meal allowance of R$160,00\. * Transportation voucher. * On\-site cafeteria. **Working Hours:** * Shift work (morning, afternoon, and night), with schedules to be defined according to the rotation.
