Job Summary:
The Administrative Analyst will be responsible for quotations, process monitoring, communication with hospitals and health insurers, billing support, and updating controls in SES Medical.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform quotations and monitor processes on specialized surgical platforms.
* Monitor administrative processes related to the supply of medical-hospital materials.
* Maintain contact with hospitals and health insurers for billing release and invoice issuance.
* Support the billing process, ensuring documentary compliance.
* Update area controls, spreadsheets, and indicators.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the department.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is desirable).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Outlook.
* Experience with surgical quotation platforms (Inpart, Opmenexo, and Vsupply).
* Experience in liaising with hospitals and health insurers for invoice issuance authorization.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and strong communication skills.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary: **R$ 2.500,00**
* Meal Allowance: **R$ 525,00**
* Health Insurance (with co-payment) after a 3-month probation period.
Payment: R$2.500,00 per month
