Prepare industrial presentations and reports. Record invoices issued by contracted service providers and monitor payments. Administer third-party service contracts, including legal documentation management. Manage vehicle fleet and related third-party costs/budgets. Organize events involving the department’s management team. Assist the procurement department in supplier prospecting and registration. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Process Analyst, or Financial Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
