Join us in writing our story and building our future.** Register now for our open positions! **Responsibilities and duties** Join the data team within the Martech division of a major bank, focusing on transforming complex data into clear, impactful, and actionable visualizations that support performance monitoring, campaign metrics, customer journeys, and business decision-making. Additionally: * Design, develop, and maintain **interactive dashboards and reports** using leading visualization tools (**Looker**, Power BI, Tableau). * Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders to **translate business metrics into understandable visualizations**. * Apply best practices in DataViz to facilitate data interpretation by non-technical audiences. * Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaigns, conversion, engagement, and CLV. * Support ad-hoc analyses with visualizations that answer critical business questions. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields. * **Experience with visualization tools** (**Looker**, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Strong aesthetic sense and skill in visual communication of data. * Ability to translate business requirements into impactful visualizations. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with data governance, standardized metrics, and KPI catalogs. * Knowledge of predictive analytics and data storytelling. **Additional information** * **Work model: Hybrid position, with 3 days per week onsite in the Interlagos/SP region** **LEEGA** is a reference in consulting and outsourcing for Data Analytics solutions.
