




JOB DESCRIPTION – Ensure the proper use of uniforms and PPE, personal hygiene, materials and products, as directed by the immediate supervisor and in accordance with safety regulations; – Receive visitors at the front desk, filling out registration logs or granting access, providing guidance so they can reach their requested destination; – Monitor the entry and exit of individuals, observing activity at the main entrance, elevator lobbies, courtyards, building corridors and garages, identifying people to prevent unauthorized access and directing authorized persons to their requested destination; – Guide users and visitors regarding disciplinary and safety rules established in the contract, which must be observed during their presence on site; – Receive documents, correspondence and small parcels, organizing them for distribution and forwarding to recipients; – Operate the intercom system and monitor its proper use; – Record all front desk incidents in a designated logbook; – Monitor elevator usage, checking for overcrowding or overload, or unnecessary stops at floors without justification, ensuring proper use; – Report elevator shutdowns based on observed malfunctions or irregularities, to prevent harm to users; – Perform related duties as required, according to competencies, upon request from higher management. JOB REQUIREMENTS – MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. – DESIRABLE: Complete Elementary School. (If there is no documentary proof of education level, the information provided in the application form confirming literacy will prevail). – MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD: 06 months. – DESIRABLE: 01 year.
