**Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the store to prevent losses and thefts. * Track merchandise movement. * Conduct patrols and monitor CCTV (when available). * Record and report incidents. * Support inventory counts and security procedures. **Basic Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong observational skills and attention to detail. * Professional, ethical, and discreet demeanor. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Desirable Competencies** * Prior experience in loss prevention or security. * Basic knowledge of legislation related to asset security. * Good communication skills and emotional control.
