**Job Mission** Implement, structure and lead the local commercial operation, focusing on prospecting and sales in residential condominiums, establishing relationships with building managers and management companies, defining operational territories, planning routes and targets, and building a high-performance sales team. **Main Responsibilities** Map the coverage area of the company's fiber optic network and divide the territory into commercial operation regions. **Develop planning.** Conduct field visits for active prospecting, opportunity assessment, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Estimate market potential and determine the ideal number of sales representatives per region, based on condominium density and network penetration. Lead recruitment, selection, and training processes for external sales representatives (door-to-door / B2B). Monitor, motivate, and evaluate team performance, setting goals and performance indicators (sales, visits, conversion rates, average ticket, churn). Prepare managerial reports on results and develop commercial action plans.
