Proposing continuous improvements to operational processes Job Description: **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Facilities Supervisor** to manage teams and outsourced service operations, including cleaning, security, building maintenance, landscaping, and administrative support. This professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards at the client's site. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational team activities across serviced sites; * Ensure adherence to cleaning, maintenance, and other service schedules and procedures; * Manage timekeeping, shift scheduling, vacations, and team performance; * Conduct technical visits, prepare reports, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs); * Serve as the main point of contact between the company and the client, ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution; * Monitor usage of materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE); * Propose improvements to operational processes. **Requirements:** **\* Must have easy access from Recreio dos Bandeirantes;** * Prior experience as a facilities supervisor or in similar areas (cleaning, maintenance, security); * Team management skills; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Completed undergraduate degree is a plus; * Driver's license category B. Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract.
