**Job Description** We are looking for an experienced, dynamic **Pharmaceutical Sales Assistant** with a focus on humanized customer service to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid technical knowledge of pharmaceutical dispensing and skills in consultative sales. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Customer service at the counter and verification of prescriptions (regular, controlled, and antimicrobials). * Dispensing of medications in accordance with current legislation. * Organization and restocking of products on shelves and in inventory. * Operation of the sales system (billing for health insurance plans and the Popular Pharmacy Program). * Support in controlling product expiration dates (PVPS). * Suggesting complementary sales (related products, cosmetics, and supplements). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Proven work experience** as a Pharmacy Sales Assistant (minimum 1–2 years). * Technical knowledge of interpreting medical prescriptions and basic pharmacology. * Residency in **Nova Iguaçu or Belford Roxo**, or easy access to the area. * Completed high school education (Pharmacy Technician qualification is a plus). * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).
