We seek a dynamic and analytical leader to take charge of our technical operations. You will be the "conductor" of the team, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality—from the customer's first contact (onboarding) through technical maintenance (corrective and preventive). If you enjoy optimizing processes and developing people, this role is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Team Management:** Lead, motivate, and train the technical team, ensuring achievement of goals and quality standards; manage teams in Rio de Janeiro and other states. * **Logistics and Scheduling:** Plan and monitor service routes for preventive and corrective maintenance, aiming to optimize time and reduce costs. * **Customer Support:** Supervise the Help Desk and provide high-level remote post-sales support to resolve customer requests. * **Operational Sales:** Prepare and submit technical quotations and manage the post-sales workflow. * **Strategy:** Evaluate and report performance indicators, proposing improvements to the company's operational strategies. **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience coordinating technical teams or service desks. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with geolocation tools or fleet/route management systems. * Excellent communication skills for negotiating quotations and delivering training. * Ability to solve problems under pressure.
