




We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to support delivery operations, monitor teams, organize routes and schedules, and directly contribute to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and customer service quality. Key responsibilities * Support the planning and execution of delivery routes; * Monitor teams en route, identify deviations, and assist in resolving incidents; * Receive teams upon base opening and/or their return to base, and verify delivery tickets and documents; * Manage returns from customers who were not serviced; * Support daily base opening and/or closing and inventory control; * Record incidents and assist in handling matters with the Customer Service Center (CSC); * Maintain organization of documents, equipment, and operational systems.
