Responsibilities: * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, including precise cutting of vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients. * Skillfully and efficiently prepare meats, hamburgers, and grilled items on the griddle. * Ensure presentation and quality standards in the final plating of dishes, following the Chef’s specifications. * Maintain impeccable organization and hygiene in the workplace (kitchen, utensils, and equipment), adhering to health surveillance regulations. * Support washing of dishes, pots, and other utensils. * Act proactively and responsibly in all tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Prior experience required in the role of Kitchen Assistant, with focus on: o Plating and finishing of dishes. o Handling and preparation of foods on the griddle (meats, hamburgers, grilled items). o Vegetable cutting techniques and general food preparation. * Proactive, dynamic, and demonstrating strong responsibility. * Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently with all team members. * Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
