We are seeking a Financial Coordinator to lead our financial operations and support the company’s strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Coordinate and control cash flow, ensuring resource availability for operations; Prepare financial projections, performance analyses, and feasibility studies; Monitor and optimize costs, expenses, and investments; Track financial KPIs and propose corrective actions; Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing routines; Ensure bank reconciliations and periodic financial closings; Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance; Support budget planning (budget) and revisions (forecast); Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers, and financial partners; Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other departments; Support internal and external audit processes; Submit monthly income statements (DRE) to accounting; Monitor tax and financial updates impacting the business. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields; Proven experience in financial operations and team coordination; Proficiency in cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial closings; Solid knowledge of financial analysis and managerial reporting; Experience with the OMIE system; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills or strong proficiency in analytical tools; Organizational ability, attention to deadlines, and process accuracy; Strong communication skills and decision-making capability.
