(Beachwear \& Resort Apparel \| Factory Floor)
About the Company
We are a premium beachwear and resort apparel manufacturer specializing in original design development, private label, and in-house production. We maintain high finishing standards, well-organized processes, and a strategic growth vision.
We seek an intern eager to learn Production Engineering in practice—working directly on the factory floor and organizing production processes.
Internship Objective
To support the organization, standardization, and improvement of production processes, ensuring greater efficiency, control, and quality in operations.
Main Responsibilities
* Organizing the factory floor and production flow
* Supporting production control (orders, stages, deadlines, and quality)
* Completing and updating technical specification sheets
* Organizing and standardizing patterns
* Supporting basic controls (spreadsheets, simple KPIs)
* Assisting in process improvement and rework reduction
* Direct interface with seamstresses and the operational team
**Important**: This is an operational, hands-on internship—not an administrative office-based role.
Desired Profile
* Student of Production Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward)
* Genuine interest in processes, organization, and operations
* Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team
* Desire to learn how a garment factory operates in practice
Working Hours
* 5 hours per day
* Monday to Friday
* Flexible schedule (to be agreed upon), preferably in the afternoon.
Stipend: R$ 1\.200
