**Job Description / Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute system tests; * Create detailed documentation of implementation processes; * Work on system integration with other existing applications or systems; * Conduct business analysis to understand customer needs and processes; * Customize software to meet business requirements; * Develop and deliver training for end users and internal teams; * Define schedules and alignments in implementation projects; * Provide technical support during implementation; * Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders; * Ensure efficient integration of the system into the existing infrastructure **Desired Education and Experience:** Experience in the role; Degree in IT or related field; Experience in the apparel industry is desirable; Experience in sales is desirable; Availability for immediate start; Flexible availability.
