Job Summary: IT Technician with experience in hardware and software analysis/diagnosis, networking, operating systems, and user support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in hardware and software analysis and diagnosis 2. Solid knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, and firewall 3. Remote and on-site technical support for users \- Advanced technical knowledge in hardware and software analysis/diagnosis; \- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office environment (installation, configuration, adjustments...); \- Installation and configuration of various software, configuration, adjustments, and troubleshooting of Windows operating system issues; \- Knowledge of wireless and wired networks covering TCP/IP protocol and DHCP/DNS services, firewall, and network tools; \- Knowledge of Windows Server domain network environments (joining devices and users to the domain), network resource sharing, user account creation, etc.; \- Knowledge of structured cabling, identification, assembly, and connectorization; \- Configuration of modems, load balancers, switches, and routers; \- Installation of devices/peripherals (printers and scanners) ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: \- Remote and on-site technical support for users; \- Remote support via phone and on-site visits; \- Execution of procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance routines; \- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues; \- Documentation of support activities. Desirable / Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of Windows Server environment; \- Knowledge/familiarity with Linux; \- Printer maintenance (inkjet and laser); \- Maintenance of notebooks and desktops; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1\.600,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * IT Technician (Mandatory)
