Main Responsibilities: * Implement and monitor occupational safety programs in compliance with current legislation and LODIZ Group guidelines; * Conduct on-site safety inspections, identifying risks, proposing corrective actions, and monitoring their implementation; * Deliver training sessions, lectures, and educational campaigns on accident prevention, proper use of PPEs, and best safety practices; * Prepare technical reports, assessments, and safety performance indicators; * Provide technical support to medical and engineering teams in evaluations and expert inspections; * Ensure updating and compliance of legal documentation with regulatory authorities; * Act as a consultant to clients, reinforcing the LODIZ Group’s commitment to excellence, ethics, and safety. Day-to-Day Activities: * Perform technical visits to clients in various sectors (industry, commerce, services, and healthcare) located in Rio de Janeiro, Greater Rio, and occasionally other municipalities in the state; * Carry out field inspections, facility surveys, safety audits, and monitoring of high-risk activities; * Deliver in-person training sessions and participate in orientations and safety meetings; * Update internal spreadsheets and systems with records of inspections, incidents, and non-conformities; * Assist in the preparation and maintenance of PPRA, LTCAT, PCMSO, and other OHS documents; * Interact with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and public agencies, maintaining clear, empathetic, and professional communication. Salary Range: * BRL 3,000.00 to BRL 3,500.00 (depending on seniority and proven experience). Benefits: * Transportation allowance; * Reimbursement for external travel expenses. Minimum Requirements Technical Requirements: * Education: Technical Degree in Occupational Safety (active registration with MTE); * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Environmental Management, Engineering, HR, or Administration); * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Occupational Safety; * Knowledge: Applicable labor and social security legislation, NRs, risk management, audits, and preparation of technical reports; * Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office suite; * Must reside with easy access to Duque de Caxias/RJ.
