The **CCTV Operator** is responsible for monitoring the security cameras at Condomínio Center Shopping Rio, ensuring the physical and asset safety of the facility, as well as promptly responding to emergency situations and incidents on site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor in real-time the images captured by the CCTV system; * Identify and record suspicious or abnormal situations within the shopping center premises; * Alert security teams whenever necessary; * Ensure the proper functioning of monitoring equipment; * Prepare incident reports and daily logs; * Comply with internal security regulations and operational procedures. **Desired Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in monitoring and surveillance roles; * Basic knowledge of camera systems, recording, and monitoring; * Focused attention, responsibility, and discretion; * Teamwork skills and sound decision-making ability; * Flexible availability.
