Appreciation of teamwork and innovation Supermercados Maringá is seeking a **Driver's Assistant** to operate on a **refrigerated truck**, responsible for transporting chilled beef to supply the butcher shops in its store network. The professional will assist the driver in loading, verifying, organizing, and unloading beef cuts, ensuring hygiene, safety, and delivery efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in **loading and unloading** chilled beef cuts. * Properly organize cargo inside the refrigerated trailer to prevent damage and contamination. * Accompany the driver on delivery routes to network stores. * Support **verification of cuts**, quantities, and labels. * Maintain the refrigerated compartment clean and organized. * Assist in basic cleaning and sanitation of equipment after use. * Comply with standards for **hygiene, food handling, and safety**. * Perform warehouse organization tasks when no deliveries are scheduled. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Completed elementary education. * Good physical condition (the role involves loading and unloading). * Availability to work in a refrigerated environment. * Availability for daily travel between branches. **Desirable** * Experience in butcher shops, loading/unloading, or food transportation. * Experience as a driver's assistant. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and preservation. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** * Work location: Central Warehouse – Supermercados Maringá. * Employment type: CLT. * Shift/Hours: As required by operations. **Benefits:** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance (when necessary); * Uniforms provided; * Internal training programs; * Opportunities for career growth within the network.
