* Instruct the overhead crane operator on placing parts into the respective tanks; Be responsible for distributing and executing the daily planned activity schedule; * Collect samples from baths and assist in measurements, concentration determination, preparation, and dosing of chemical products; * Check the temperature of tanks and the zinc bath; * Monitor tank liquid levels and make adjustments under the supervision of the Chemical Engineer; * Dispose of tank solutions; * Notify ETDI of effluent disposal; * Assist in loading and unloading liquid raw materials; * Clean acid tanks; * Maintain an organized inventory of chemical products; * Fill tanks with chemical products according to laboratory specifications.
