We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Analyst to analyze, monitor, and optimize construction execution processes by collecting technical, financial, and operational data. Develop performance reports, identify deviations, propose continuous improvements, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities * Prepare clear, accurate, and recommendation-oriented reports, charts, dashboards, and analytical spreadsheets. * Monitor physical progress, compare planned versus actual performance, analyze cost variations and budgetary deviations. * Understand NBR, ABNT, NR18, NR10, applicable legislation, and verify operational compliance with regulations. * Responsible for conducting technical inspections of electrical equipment and electrical installations. Requirements * Technical or undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering * Basic knowledge of technical drawing software, such as AutoCAD * Microsoft Office – Intermediate level * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams * Proactivity and capacity for learning
