Job Description: * Ensure that the company's products, processes, and services meet excellence standards; * Supervise the team, monitor performance indicators, and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures, conduct internal audits, and support external audits; * Develop and monitor quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management; * And other duties relevant to the position. Qualifications: - Experience in the role and in the Quality field (experience in Metallurgy is a plus); Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; Work Location: North Zone / Rio de Janeiro Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
