A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in several Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Work in Production Planning and Control (PCP), connecting commercial demands to the factory's production capacity. Analyze orders forwarded by the commercial department, evaluating deadlines, volumes, and priorities. Define and communicate to the production department the immediate manufacturing requirements. Ensure products are manufactured within established deadlines. Seek cost reduction and efficient use of production resources. Monitor production scheduling, ensuring alignment among demand, inventory, and operational capacity. Previous experience as PCP Assistant, PCP Analyst, Planning Assistant, or PCP Coordinator may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed high school education required.
