Technical support for Windows/Linux, VMs, AWS Cloud, and OCI **Responsibilities:** * Provide internal user support and assistance, resolving hardware, software, and network issues; * Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment (computers, printers, peripherals); * Support user account management, permissions, and system access; * Assist in incident resolution and ticket creation; * Participate in IT infrastructure and process improvement projects; * Prepare internal documentation and procedures related to technical support; * Provide technical support for Windows/Linux, VMs, AWS Cloud, and OCI. **Required Education and Experience:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in IT technical support (hardware, software, networks, and systems); * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems; * Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and information security is desirable.
