**RPeotta** is seeking a talented and dedicated **HVAC Engineer** to join our team and play a key role in the design, sizing, and detailing of high-quality air conditioning, ventilation, and exhaust systems. **On-site work in Barra da Tijuca.** Responsibilities: * **Design and sizing** of complete HVAC projects, including direct expansion systems (Split, VRF) and indirect expansion systems (Chillers/Fancoils), mechanical ventilation, and industrial/commercial exhaust systems. * **Detailed thermal load calculations**, equipment selection, and definition of ductwork and refrigerant/hydronic piping networks. * **Provide essential support** to design teams, ensuring energy-efficient, optimized solutions aligned with thermal comfort and indoor air quality standards. * **Detailed interpretation** of thermal flow diagrams, conceptual drawings, technical standards, and specifications. * **Organization and maintenance** of project files, calculation reports, and drawings, adhering to internal standards and industry best practices. * **Multidisciplinary collaboration** to ensure coordination among HVAC, structural, electrical, and architectural systems. Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields (with active registration at CREA). * **Technical Knowledge:** Proven expertise in design and drafting software. **AutoCAD** is essential.
