Learning platform SaaS implementation and system integration **About the Role** You will join the Implementation team, performing initial solution configuration for Robbu’s products, testing, system integration, and supporting customer onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity to grow through real-world projects leveraging SaaS technology, agile methodologies, and digital channels—especially the WhatsApp API. **Hard Skills (Technical Knowledge)** You don’t need to know everything, but eagerness to learn is essential. * Basic understanding of SQL databases (SELECT statements and simple filters) * Fundamental knowledge of REST APIs (JSON, endpoints, headers) * Familiarity with Postman, Excel, or Google Sheets * Interest in chatbots, WhatsApp Business API, and omnichannel platforms * Basic process modeling concepts (BPMN or simple flowcharts) * Preferred: programming logic (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or C#) **Soft Skills (Behavioral Competencies)** * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity and autonomy in problem-solving * Organization and attention to detail * Collaborative work across diverse departments * Strong desire to learn and curiosity * Analytical ability to understand and resolve technical scenarios **What You’ll Learn With Us** * Implementing SaaS communication platforms (e.g., Invenio Live/Center and WhatsApp API) * Creating, testing, and making simple adjustments to chatbots * Participating in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban) * Integrating systems via REST APIs * Engaging with clients across various industries (banking, retail, healthcare, etc.) **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program starting from the 3rd semester in one of the following fields: o Information Systems o Computer Science o Engineering o Systems Analysis and Development o Databases or related disciplines * Students with less than one year of coursework are also eligible if they already possess personal technical experience **Nice-to-Haves** * Personal or academic projects involving APIs * Participation in hackathons or tech communities * Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
