Responsibilities and Duties * \- Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, waste reduction, and resource optimization;· \- Assist in production cost mapping and managerial reports;· \- Support monthly closing of industrial costs, calculating actual cost, standard cost, and variances;· \- Control and validate consumption of inputs and raw materials, losses, and yields of the production process;· \- Support product pricing and industrial budgeting;· \- Participate in physical inventories and stock validation;· \- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Logistics, and Controller areas to ensure data reliability and continuous process improvement;· \- Prepare performance reports and indicators for production and financial processes;· \- Adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct, acting with transparency, integrity, and respect in all interactions;· \- Monitor changes in tax and fiscal legislation, staying updated on new obligations, tax rate adjustments, and other relevant regulations;· \- Strictly comply with safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone;· \- Adopt and practice the 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), contributing to a more organized, efficient, and productive workplace.
