We are supporting one of the largest banks in Latin America in its digital modernization and transformation journey. We are seeking a mid-level .NET Developer to work on robust solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive continuous improvements within the client's ecosystem. **Responsibilities** Develop and evolve applications using .NET Core, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Build and maintain microservices using containers (Docker, Kubernetes). Review and analyze already-deployed applications, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement new features, technical enhancements, and optimizations. **Requirements for this role****Availability to work onsite at the client's office 3 times per week (Curitiba\-PR)** Practical experience developing with .NET Core. Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) in microservices environments. Knowledge of relational databases. Autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving. Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical clarity skills. **Nice-to-have** Experience with Oracle. Knowledge of tracing and logging techniques. Hands-on experience with observability tools and practices.
