Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan, execute, and monitor the entire sanitary surveillance process, coordinating with other involved management areas; Conduct sanitary inspections in kitchens, cafeterias, pantries, automated machines, snack bars, restaurants, vending machines, and transported meals, as required; Develop checklists, inspection reports, action plans, and monitor their implementation. Monitor Work Accident Notification (CAT) records in cases of Water- and Foodborne Diseases (DTHA), participate in the investigation committee, and engage in all stages of the process—from investigation through to final investigation report preparation; Notify competent authorities (ANVISA, INSS, Sanitary Surveillance) of incidents and participate in corrective action plans; Perform administrative tasks related to organizational processes within the scope of professional competence; Record information and services provided in designated forms and/or computerized systems; Develop and implement health education initiatives. Carry out additional duties outlined in Law No. 8,234/91 and its amendments, as well as other regulations issued by the Federal Council of Nutritionists (CFN), Regional Councils of Nutritionists (CRN), Normative Regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (NRs), and applicable current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, certified by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Active registration with the respective Regional Council of Nutritionists (CRN) where practicing. Desirable: Postgraduate specialization in Sanitary Surveillance and Food Quality, Food and Nutritional Security, Management of Food and Nutrition Units, and/or Food Services, accredited by the MEC. Proven knowledge and/or experience in Sanitary Surveillance and Food Quality, or Food and Nutritional Security, or Food Services. Training in Biosafety or NR32. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by Petrobras.
