Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** A professional with strong communication skills to articulate problems and solutions, as well as solid organizational abilities. **Your day-to-day will include:** * LAN: switching (Cisco/HP/Aruba or equivalents), VLAN, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel; * WAN: OSPF/BGP routing, MPLS/Internet, IPsec VPN, QoS policies, and failover; * TCP/IP: addressing, subnetting, MTU/fragmentation, DNS/DHCP, troubleshooting using ping, traceroute, and packet capture; * SD‑WAN: hands-on experience in rollout, policies, traffic segmentation, and telemetry; * Corporate Wi‑Fi: site survey, channel and power configuration, 802\.1X/RADIUS, roaming, WIPS/WIDS; * Network security: ACLs, NAT, ZTNA/SASE concepts (practical experience preferred); * Monitoring: dashboard/alert creation, MIB/SNMP management, log analysis (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG); * Related knowledge: AD/GPO, DNS/DHCP, and endpoint operations in corporate environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of CCTV systems to support project teams and CCTV network maintenance; **Preferred qualifications** * Intermediate English or Spanish proficiency. **Working hours** * **09:00 to 18:00** **NOTE:** Hey!
