Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance, installing, configuring, and maintaining systems and networks, and resolving issues in IT infrastructures. Server, network, and operating system configuration **Main Responsibilities:** • Provide technical assistance and resolve hardware and software issues • Install, configure, and maintain company systems, software, equipment, and networks • Maintain and operate physical and logical IT infrastructure • Identify and resolve system, software, and equipment failures—from simple issues to more complex ones • Configure and install servers, networks, operating systems, and other essential infrastructure components • Continuously monitor system performance, apply updates, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve technical issues **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server administration and its roles, including ADDS, DNS, DHCP, File Services, Print Services, and Hyper-V • Intermediate knowledge of FortiGate firewall and UniFi switches/APs administration • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive) • Basic knowledge of Veeam backup Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$4.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
