




Job Summary: Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, monitor KPIs, implement improvements, and ensure the operational efficiency of the technical team. Experience in maintenance management and team leadership **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities; * Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs; * Implement continuous improvement actions in processes; * Manage, develop, and guide the technical team; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency standards; **Requirements:** Education: * Completed high school; * Technical course in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields; * Higher education in Mechanical or Production Engineering, or related fields is desirable. Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance; * Experience in team management or supervision. Technical Knowledge: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles and/or equipment; * Diagnosis of mechanical and electromechanical failures; * Maintenance planning and control; * Maintenance KPIs; * Safety, quality, and operational process standards.
