We deliver customized solutions, strategic vision, and close collaboration with our clients, generating tangible impact on people and business outcomes. **Role Mission** Work at a senior, autonomous, and results-driven level, leading recruitment and selection processes with speed, technical quality, and a consultative mindset, ensuring positions are filled within the agreed SLA. **Key Responsibilities** Lead end-to-end R\&S processes; Conduct strategic alignment sessions with clients and managers; Execute active hunting and advanced attraction strategies; Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews; Deliver accurate shortlists and strategic assessments; Manage recruitment pipeline, SLAs, and key recruitment metrics; Handle operational, technical, strategic, and leadership positions. **Performance Indicators** Position fill rate within SLA; Time to hire; Quality of candidates presented; Client satisfaction; Candidate experience; Replacement rate. **Behavioral Competencies** Results orientation and sense of urgency; Clear and mature communication; Organization and commitment to deadlines; Autonomy with accountability; Owner's mindset. **Compensation** Fixed PJ: R$ 2\.000/month Variable: per position closed within SLA (model presented during the process) **What We Offer** 100% remote work; Genuine autonomy to execute; Strategic and challenging projects; Professional, human, and performance-oriented environment; Medium- and long-term partnership (subject to performance). Requirements: Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields; Solid experience as a Senior R\&S Analyst or R\&S Consultant; Proven track record of rapid position closures; Proficiency in competency-based interviews; Experience with active hunting (LinkedIn and networking); Ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes; English (a plus).
