Senior Long-Term Mine Planning Engineer

Candidate information collected during the recruitment process is handled strictly in accordance with LGPD – Brazil's General Data Protection Law.* **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform underground mine optimization based on technical and economic parameters, ensuring optimal resource utilization; * Develop complete mine designs and waste dump/stockpile projects; * Carry out reserve quantification; * Conduct medium- and long-term production sequencing aligned with production strategies and corporate goals; * Economically evaluate mining plans; * Integrate planning with geology, geotechnics, ventilation, and operations, ensuring alignment between technical and operational teams; * Identify risks and opportunities within plans, proposing technical solutions to improve efficiency and safety; * Participate in feasibility studies and mine expansion projects. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (active registration with CREA); * Experience in medium- and long-term mining planning; * Experience with software: Datamine Studio, Deswik, or similar. **An advantage would be:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience preparing technical documents for ANM; * Experience interfacing with technical consultants and familiarity with technical reporting standards (e.g., NI 43\-101\). **Additional information** Willingness to relocate and reside in the interior of Bahia state.
