In this model, customer service occurs primarily through AI tools, processes, and agents, while operations are structured to build strong, lasting relationships with our customers. This is a strategic, high-impact project with significant visibility among Kavak’s local and global leadership. Upon successful implementation, our role will be to scale and export this technology and new paradigm to all other countries where Kavak operates.
