Job Summary: Warehouse Manager for a food wholesale company, responsible for operational management, organization, and control of warehouse activities to ensure logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Operational warehouse management and logistics processes. 2. Leadership and training of operational teams. 3. Inventory control, stocktaking, and product expiry date management. We are seeking a **Warehouse Manager** to work with a **food wholesale company**, responsible for operational management, organization, and control of warehouse activities, ensuring logistical efficiency and adherence to deadlines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage warehouse operations (receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch of goods); * Control inventory, stocktaking, and product expiry dates; * Lead, train, and supervise the operational team; * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and good warehousing practices; * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, losses, damages, etc.); * Plan and organize warehouse layout to optimize space utilization; * Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards; * Interface with procurement, logistics, and sales departments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Proven experience in this role, preferably in the food or wholesale sector; * Experience managing teams; * Knowledge of inventory control and management systems (ERP/WMS); * Familiarity with good warehousing practices and food safety; * Organized, proactive, and leadership-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale wholesale companies; * Knowledge of cycle counting and ABC analysis; * Training courses in logistics or inventory management; * Proven experience in this role, preferably in the food or wholesale sector; * Experience managing teams; * Knowledge of inventory control and management systems (ERP/WMS); * Familiarity with good warehousing practices and food safety; * Organized, proactive, and leadership-oriented profile.
