




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; * Specialization in the field is desirable; * Experience in hospital settings; * Active CREFONO registration. Provide bedside speech-language pathology services across all hospital units, focusing on dysphagia, language, voice, and orofacial motor skills; Assist in developing the Hospital Administrative and Technical Manual to standardize service operations, routines, and clinical interventions; Support implementation of feeding assessment kits jointly with the Nutrition Department to streamline service routines and improve patient outcomes—reducing the interval between assessments and oral feeding initiation, thereby accelerating weaning from alternative feeding routes, with the aim of reducing enteral nutrition costs and facilitating patient discharge; Participate in shift handovers, during which patient cases are discussed to ensure multidisciplinary resolution and management, and to maintain consistency in clinical decision-making; Complete daily patient mapping spreadsheets to monitor service delivery and track the number of patients per unit; these sheets also record each patient’s clinical status, as well as established interventions and observations for each case; Document speech-language pathology progress notes in the electronic health record system to optimize service workflow and communication among the multidisciplinary team; Collaborate with the Nutrition and Nursing Departments of Nutritional Therapy in developing the Enteral Nutrition Handbook to conduct health education in hospital units through staff training on safe and effective weaning from alternative feeding routes and oral feeding initiation; Provide support to the Nutrition and Nursing Departments of Nutritional Therapy in EMTN training sessions to conduct health education in hospital units through staff training on safe and effective weaning from alternative feeding routes and oral feeding initiation. 2512080202191493796
